The other passenger was a common friend named Davion Flanagan who was 19 years old. They were allegedly coming from a high school party. Mackenzie was driving the car at around 100 miles per hour (mph). At this dangerous speed, the car crashed into a brick building located in Strongsville, Ohio.

Locals found all three teenagers in the car lying unconscious. Later, Dominic Russo and Davion Flanagan were declared dead on the spot. However, Mackenzie somehow survived the fatal car crash.
